Privacy Policy

This policy explains how After Video Inc. ("we", "us") handles information when you use the Cropper website (cropper.video), the Cropper Journal (blog.cropper.video), the Cropper mobile app for iOS and Android, and the Cropper plugins for Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.

Cropper Mobile

The mobile app does not collect personal data. Your videos are imported, edited and exported on your device; we do not upload, view or store your footage. We do not use advertising trackers in the app and we do not sell data.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your payment card details. Apple or Google may share limited purchase information with us (for example, that a subscription is active) so the app can unlock Pro features. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Desktop plugins

Editing in the Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve plugins happens on your computer; your media is not uploaded to us. To validate a license, the plugin contacts our licensing server and sends the license key, a machine identifier and standard technical request data (such as IP address and time of request). We use this only to activate licenses, enforce the number of licensed machines and prevent abuse.

Desktop purchases are handled by Adobe (Creative Cloud Marketplace) or Payhip. Those providers process your payment and may share order details with us, such as your name, email address and order reference, so we can deliver and support your license.

Website and Journal

Our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request, for security and reliability. The Journal runs on WordPress and may set technical cookies needed for the site to work. We do not use these sites to build advertising profiles.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to answer you and keep a record of support requests.

How long we keep information

We keep license and order records for as long as your license is active and as required for tax and accounting purposes. Support emails and server logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Cropper (such as hosting, app stores and payment providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights and users.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing info@cropper.video. Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or California law), you may have additional rights, and you can contact your local data-protection authority.

Children

Cropper is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
