Open the Cropper panel, load source media, create your reframing path, set In/Out if needed, choose AV / V / A, and use Add to bin when you want the result in the Project bin.
The Resolve Workflow Integration is a separate build. Use the version-specific README supplied with your download for installation and technical requirements.
For the Premiere workflow, Add to bin is intended for the Project bin. It should not require you to place the resulting clip on a timeline merely to receive it in the bin.
Premiere Pro supports professional media through its own host media stack. Cropper's Premiere workflow is designed around host media handling; compatibility of a generic embedded browser video element is not the definition of Premiere codec support.
