Email hello@cropper.video with your device model, OS version, Cropper version (shown at the bottom of How-to / ?), and what went wrong. Attach a screenshot if you can.
Open the paywall → Restore. Use the same Apple ID / Google account that purchased. Lifetime is a one-time unlock; subscriptions renew via the store.
First Generate captions may download ~31 MB once. Needs network that time; afterward it works offline for that model.
Set Default keyframe transition to Sport or Smooth before tapping with the Keyframe tool. New pins follow that default. See Tips and tricks.
Grant Photos / media permission. On iOS, check Settings → Cropper. Long clips at Max quality need free storage and a bit of patience.
