These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cropper applications and related websites operated by After Video Inc. (“Cropper,” “we,” “us”). By downloading or using Cropper, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Cropper is a mobile video editor that helps you reframe and export vertical (and other aspect) videos on device. Features may change over time. Free and paid (Pro) capabilities are described in the app and store listings.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cropper on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store / Google Play terms that apply to your download.
Paid features (including subscriptions and one-time lifetime unlocks) are sold through Apple or Google. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled under those stores’ policies. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Restore purchases from the in-app paywall when you reinstall or switch devices under the same store account.
You agree not to reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, disrupt the service, abuse store review systems, or misrepresent affiliation with After Video Inc.
Cropper includes third-party open-source software (including whisper.cpp and other components). Notices and licenses ship in the app package as NOTICE.txt (and related attribution files).
Cropper is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every export will meet a specific broadcast or platform requirement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, After Video Inc. and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Cropper. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Cropper in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where prohibited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless After Video Inc. from claims arising out of your content, your misuse of Cropper, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. It forms part of your understanding of the service.
You may stop using Cropper at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app or features. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where allowed by law. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, when appropriate, in-app or store release notes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence provide otherwise.
