2. Free or evaluation mode
Some versions may operate with feature limits or a visible watermark. You may not bypass or defeat licence, activation, or watermark controls except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, you may not resell or sublicense the Software or licence key, distribute proprietary Cropper source code, defeat activation controls, or represent Cropper as an Adobe, Blackmagic Design, Apple, or Google product.
4. User content
You retain the rights you have in media processed with Cropper. You are responsible for obtaining the rights and permissions necessary to edit, export, publish, and distribute that media.
5. Third-party hosts and services
Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Apple and Google platforms, Payhip, and other third-party products/services are governed by their own terms. See Third-party notices and Trademarks.

7. Updates and compatibility
Host applications, operating systems, hardware, codecs, APIs, and third-party services change over time. Unless expressly promised at purchase, compatibility with every future version is not guaranteed.
