Store purchases

If you purchased Cropper through Apple, Google, Adobe, or another marketplace, refund requests and eligibility are generally processed under that storefront's applicable purchase and refund rules.

Direct / Payhip purchases

For purchases processed through Payhip, contact info@cropper.video with your order information and the reason for the request. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

Technical problems

If the product is not working as expected, please include your operating system, host/application version, Cropper version, and the exact error message so support can attempt to resolve the problem.
