1. Scope

This policy covers the Cropper website, Cropper mobile apps, and Cropper NLE plugins published by After Video Inc.

2. Media processing

Cropper's editing workflows are designed to process selected media locally on the user's device or computer. After Video Inc does not intentionally receive your source video or audio merely because you use the editing controls.

3. Premiere Pro plugin

The current Premiere Pro build relies on Premiere Pro's host media handling for project media. Cropper may store local plugin state such as crop/keyframe settings and licence status on your computer.

4. Licence activation and Payhip

If you enter a paid licence key, Cropper sends the key over HTTPS to the Cropper licensing service at cropper.video. That service validates the key with Payhip using server-side credentials. The Payhip product secrets are not included in the plugins. Standard network and web-server metadata may be processed for operation, security and rate limiting. Payhip handles its part of the validation under its own privacy terms.

5. Website analytics

cropper.video uses Google Analytics / the Google tag to understand website usage. Google may process information such as browser/device information, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, and related analytics identifiers according to Google's own policies and your browser/consent settings.

6. Storefronts

If you download or purchase through Apple, Google, Adobe, Payhip, or another marketplace, that storefront processes account, payment, tax, and transaction information under its own policies. After Video Inc does not receive your full payment-card number from those storefronts.

7. Support

If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, screenshots, host version, source-format details, and error reports.

8. Retention

Support correspondence and business records may be retained as reasonably necessary for support, security, accounting, legal compliance, and dispute handling. Local plugin/app data remains on your device until removed by the relevant app, plugin, browser, operating system, or user action.

9. Children

The professional NLE plugins are not directed to children. Mobile-store age classifications and family settings remain controlled by the applicable storefront and platform.
