1. Website and services
These Terms govern your use of cropper.video and related Cropper services provided by After Video Inc. Software use is also governed by the EULA.
2. Purchases
Purchases may be processed by Apple, Google, Adobe, Payhip, or another storefront. For the desktop Cropper plugins, the current advertised plans are $5.99/month and $49.99/year. Taxes, billing/renewal details, and storefront-specific purchase terms are shown by the applicable seller or payment processor at checkout. Mobile-app pricing is separate.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the website or services to violate law, infringe third-party rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute malicious code.
4. Intellectual property
Cropper software, branding, website design, original text, graphics, and other After Video Inc materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, compatibility, pricing, or distribution methods. Material changes to legal terms will be reflected by an updated date on the applicable page.
